Return and Exchange Method
- Free Refund
Kindly take a video when you receive and open your parcel, or take photos of the parcel packaging and all of the goods in your parcel. If you have a return request, please contact the customer service staff at Facebook messenger within 24 hours of receiving the goods, and provide "Return Product Name", "Batch Number", "Return Reason and Photo" and other information requested, and the customer service staff will assist you in returning and exchanging the goods after receiving it.
- Refund Eligibilities
- Only unused goods that are free of defacements or malfunctions caused by non-human defects may be refunded.
- Please also keep the goods and original packaging (including the carton), should the store require that for refund goods.
- Non-Refundable Goods:
- Goods unpacked and used.
- Goods damaged by human factors, such as: defacement, malfunction, damage, scratch, dirt, improper storage.
- Refund Process
Contact the customer service staff → Confirm the eligibilities → Prepare the complete goods → Provide the contact information and address → Returned by the courier appointed by Store.
- Refund
- Provide the bank details, beneficiary account name and account number for refund.
- The procedure will takes around 7 days.
