Return Policy
At MedYou, your satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect all products to ensure the highest quality. To maintain these standards, returns are accepted only under certain conditions.
1) Incorrect or Defective Item
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our customer service via Facebook Messenger with the following details:
- >Order number
- >Product name
- >Supporting photo/video evidence
- Once verified, we will approve your return and cover all return and reshipment costs.
2) Eligibility for Returns
- Only items with quality issues are eligible for return.
- Returns must be sent back within 7 working days from the date the order is delivered to your address.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, unopened.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.
- Returns for non-quality-related reasons are not accepted.
- Returns are accepted only in exceptional cases, such as unsuitable for use, subject to review and approval, and will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
- In such cases, the customer is responsible for returning the product, and all shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
4) Restocking Fee
- All approved non-quality-related returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the item’s value. This will be deducted from the return amount issued as store credit.
5) How to Initiate a Return
- To request a non-quality related return, please contact our customer service via Facebook Messenger for eligibility verification with the following details:
- >Product name
- >Batch number
- >Reason for return
- >Supporting photo/video evidence
- Return instructions and address will be provided upon approval.
6) Refund Processing Time
- Once your return is received and verified, the item's value will be calculated and refunded in the form of store credit.
- Store credit will reflect the remaining balance after applicable deduction of restocking fee.
- Processing time is approximately 7 working days after verification.
7) Exchange Policy
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- Customers may place a new order using the store credit issued from an approved return.
